InSync was started by a group of students from IES School, Chittilappily, who are striving to bring out the natural flair of children, principally in the technical field. The Club was started under the guidance and mentorship of Global Aero-Sports. The formal inauguration was on November 6th 2012 by Col. Mr Prathab Chandran, CEO Kalyan Mobikes. The occasion was also graced by other eminent personalities like Mr Aravind, Secretary of Rotary Club, Mr MRK Menon, from Global Aero-Sports and other guests from Rapid Techs and from Paramekkavu Vidya Mandir.
InSync is basically an inventory cell where students storm their brains together, to bring out the best of their scientific intellect for the betterment of the society. It is focused on the development and delivery of hands-on, applied-technology curriculum. The club was started so as to develop the ideas which came across from different aspects of life. The team strives to fulfill our duties for the society through technology.
Keeping in mind, the need of the hour for the youth of the nation, that is, to be employed and to create employment, InSync is paving the way towards development by doing its bit to the nation. Their first project, the RIT 246 was created with this motive in mind. What started just as a science project, turned out to become a commercial project creating opportunities for self employment. The same idea on a large scale method can provide immense opportunities for the educated and skilled youth and can help reduce unemployment and can reverse the brain drain process.
Any scientific idea has to go through different stages before coming up to the surface. It is unfortunate that even children with innate scientific genius fail to come up. Global Aero-Sports, through projects like Insync provides the right platform for students to bring out their ideas without having to worry about being ridiculed, and also get the right form of support and encouragement. Their traffic system ERTSS is a result of overcoming the challenge of practicality.
InSync is not merely limited to science and technology. The team believes in the power of technology for the betterment of the society. InSync focuses on spreading its reach to all sections of the society and help children of State/Government schools to nurture their scientific genius.

Global Aero-Sports engages in Project work for final year Engineering students. We have done more than 25 exciting projects including those for Officers/Cadets of the Indian Navy. Recently we were able to encourage one talented team from MES College of Enginnering, Malappuram,Kerala, to convert their successful Electronics Project into a Commercially available unit which would prove useful to R.C Pilots in India. They can now fly their Helicopters/Airplanes and get live info on their Laptops regarding Altitude, Speed, Direction, Temperature, Pressure, etc. We take this opportunity to congratulate the team, headed by Umer Zahal C P, for their Entrepreneurial spirit and promise them all cooperation and guidance in making their venture a grand success.
